2D canvas editor

Drag products from the catalog sidebar onto any shelf. Snap to grid for alignment, or free-place for precision. Zoom and pan to work at whatever level of detail you need.

Facings control

Set horizontal, vertical, and depth facings on any placed product. Shelf fill percentage updates instantly so you know when you're over-stocked before anyone prints anything.

Shelf management

Add shelves manually or from context menu (above / below a reference shelf). Set shelf height and depth. Drag to reposition vertically. Remove a shelf and all its products in one action.

Full undo / redo

Every action (place, move, remove, resize, label) is undoable with Ctrl-Z. Undo chains are deep: experiment freely and walk it back if something does not work.

Context menus

Right-click any product or shelf for a fast action menu: Duplicate, Remove, Add Shelf Above/Below, Clear Shelf. Less time hunting through toolbars.

3D toggle

Switch from the 2D editing canvas to an interactive 3D view without leaving the page. The same planogram data, rendered as a walk-around shelf scene.

Product images in 3D

Syndigo product images appear as front-face textures on product boxes in the 3D view. Walk-around perspective with real label art, not placeholder colors.

Orbit controls

Rotate, zoom, and pan the 3D scene freely. Reset view with one click. Useful for presenting to buyers and brand managers who want to see the fixture from the shopper's angle.

Syndigo integration

Search Syndigo by product name. Dimensions (width, height, depth) and images pull automatically and convert to centimeters at import. No manual measurement, no unit confusion.

Recent searches

Your last six searches are saved locally. Revisit common searches without retyping. Quick-add button on every result for single-click placement.

No duplicate products

Import the same product from multiple sources and PogStudio resolves them to one entry automatically. Your catalog stays clean without any manual cleanup.

PSA import

Upload a .psa file (JDA, Blue Yonder, Apollo format). PogStudio reconstructs the planogram (fixtures, shelves, products, positions, and facings) from the XML. Validation report flags any unmatched product codes.

PSA export

Serialize your planogram back to .psa for consumption by retailer systems. Round-trip fidelity: what you import is what you export.

PDF export

Print-ready A4 PDF with shelf diagram, product legend, SKU list, facing counts, and fixture dimensions. Formatted for the store operations binder.

Installation instructions PDF

A second PDF format optimized for store teams executing a reset: step-by-step product placement order with shelf position callouts.

PNG export

Full-resolution image of the planogram canvas at any scale. Drop it into a presentation, email, or brand portal without any design work.

CSV export

Tabular product list with shelf label, bay position, GTIN, product name, brand, and facing counts. The format your finance team and replenishment system will ask for.

JSON import / export

Canonical open format for programmatic integration. Import a JSON payload to create or update a planogram; export to feed downstream systems. API-first.

Status workflow

Move planograms through Draft, In Review, Approved, and Archived. Clear state for everyone on the team. No more "is this the final version?" conversations.

Inline canvas comments

Drop a comment pin anywhere on the planogram. Comments are threaded and visible to everyone with access. Resolve threads when the issue is addressed.

Auto-save

Edits save automatically with a debounced server sync. Save indicator shows Saved / Saving / Unsaved at all times. Close the tab without anxiety.

Planogram duplication

Duplicate an existing planogram via the API. Useful for creating variants: "Summer reset" off a "Spring reset" baseline, without starting from scratch.

Hosted or self-managed

Use our hosted version and be working the same day. Or deploy PogStudio to your own cloud or servers if your security team requires it. Your IT team can handle the setup — it is a standard container.

Single sign-on
